Deep salmon color.
The nose is marked by citrus aromas, typical of Mourvèdre in its youth. A few minutes after opening the bottle, notes of nectarine, apricot, and bay leaf emerge.
The palate is dense, still dominated by the Mourvèdre’s fiery character and bitter notes.
The finish is expressive, with notes of bitter orange, citron, and bay leaf.

Grape Mourvèdre 69%, Cinsault 20%, Grenache 11%.
Ageing Aging on lees in various tanks.
Harvest Hand-harvested.

2025 Vintage.

Following moderate winter and spring rains, the dry, hot summer promoted early ripening.

The harvest began on August 17, two weeks ahead of schedule, under hot and dry conditions.

The berries, which were not very juicy and had thick skins, produced concentrated, deeply colored wines balanced by lovely acidity.

Low yield of 29 hl/ha.

What the critics say

Recognised by the best critics

94 / 100

Decanter

"This blend of Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Grenache is made with freshness in mind: the latter two are macerated on their skins to build aromatic complexity, and the wine sees no oak ageing. Deep in colour, with a nose of candied orange, apple skin, cranberry and grapefruit. Explosive, impressively concentrated; ripe and unctuous, rich and round, spiced and mineral, with a shimmering, energetic finish. March 2026"

92 / 100

Wine Advocate

"A classic Bandol rosé, the 2022 shows a mineral, elegant bouquet of iodine, red fruit and spice, lifted by hints of curry and menthol. Complex and textured, perfectly balanced and moderately dense, it is fleshy and long, with a mineral, delicate, mentholated finish. Already enjoyable, it is also set to evolve gracefully over the next one to three years."

Wine Spectator

"In this structured version, blood orange, heather and potpourri mingle with alpine herbs, lifted by a savoury touch of crushed flint and stone. The finish is smoky and firm. Delicious. Drink now through 2030."
